The property is set in 2.3 hectares of gardens, lawns, olive groves, pasture and woodland. On the east side of the house there is a delightful aromatic herb garden with a mature olive tree and circular seat as its centre-piece. On the west side is a lawn and vine covered pergola while to the south is the loggia (perfect for al fresco dining) and the travertine lined pool bordered by white, fragrant roses. The pool is salt water and there is an outside pool shower. A cascade links the main pool to a small second pool below. In the pool area, there is a wood oven for making pizzas and a substantial barbecue area.
Leading off the east side of the pool there is a walled olive grove. Above the farmhouse there is a further olive grove and a pond, where a frog ensemble serenade the evenings, whilst below the gardens lies a charming oak wood.
